Looks cool, good benefits etc, but for that role, the base salary is low. Considering you have to manage the customer relationship and project manage, your company is looking for 3 (or more) people in one role. (just saying out loud, not being snarky 😉 )

It's not unreasonable feedback, definitely one where you wear a few hats, but there are other roles in support around the role,
