12/29/2020, 4:26 PMIf you're an admin you can check by going to: Setup > Company > View Billing Information.
The page will load, click on the Add-On Modules subtab and check to see if "SuiteAnalytics Connect" is enabled. If not, then the module would need to be purchased/licensed from NetSuite.

12/29/2020, 4:27 PMAlternatively, if it is enabled you should also simply see a "Set Up SuiteAnalytics Connect" menu option in the Settings portlet on the Home dashboard. If that's not there (and you are using an administrator role) then it is not enabled.

Does it also works on Sandbox or it will work only in production?

12/29/2020, 5:27 PMYou can use it in any environment. You will just use a different connection string for each environment. I typically use JDBC + SQuirreL (open source SQL Client).
You can start with SuiteAnswer 38970. It has links to everything you will need. If you have more specific questions you can ask here or DM me directly.
