Yes. The records you see under System Information subtab in user forms are actually the Record Type called System Notes. SuiteAnalytics Workbook + Dataset allows you to query System Notes. Look for Record Type System Note. In the instance I'm working in, there is also System Notes v2 [Beta]. I have not tried that one yet.
