Hi all, I'm looking to run a report that pulls the invoice totals of any invoice that includes a specific item. Is this possible?

Does this need to be actual report in report form, or just a saved search?

In Saved Search, there is a filter field called "Item On Any Line." You can use it to bring in Transactions with header-level (Main Line) information only, such as the total transaction amount. The result set will have one row per Transaction, and the transactions will be only those that have the item(s) specific in the filter on at least one line.
