Has anyone else seeing issues where scheduled searches/reports are not sending? These are monthly emails and worked fine in Nov.

Nothing observed. Do check that your search doesn’t have an End Date

Also view the employee records for each recipient to see if any have email bounce alerts. Netsuite has a habit of stopping all sends when one recipient experiences a bounce issue.

Or search Setup > Company > Sent Email List, locate the message and check the delivery status
