Another question: when This is the Status in the criteria am i suppose to see Partially Received? The Goal here is only to see pending Billing, once the Bill is created/paid I want it to remove from search

Yes, you would still want status

Pending Billing/Partially Received

as there would be some lines receipted, but not yet billed. After a bill is created for those lines, the PO would change to status

status

criteria from your screenshot, you are still getting POs with status

"Purchase Order:Partially Received"

? Or are you saying that you're seeing PO lines that are not billable (as they have not been received)?
