Hi all, I'm creating a saved search to identify overdue invoices that are 10 days old. I want to send a customized HTML message to the customer requesting payment. If I have the Summarize Scheduled Emails box unchecked the HTML message sends correctly, but sends a separate email for each overdue invoice for same customer. When Summarize Scheduled Emails is checked, the Alert sent includes multiple records for one customer, but does not include the customized message. Is it possible to send a customized message from the search that includes multiple records?
