1. Trying to identify orders using saved search, where the sales rep has changed the calculated shipping cost. If done on initial order entry, there is no indicator at all that i can find. If done after entry/save (i.e. edit mode), Sys Info shows a change in Total value, but not "Shipping Cost" field-specific changes.

09/04/2020, 11:00 AM2. [not suiteanalytics related, sorry] Need to limit (by role) the ability to edit Shipping/Handling Cost fields on the custom SO form. My initial thought was to just change those fields to Inline Text, however that removes the "Calculate Shipping" button which is required. How can we keep the Calculate Shipping option while remove that ability to edit the returned values?

For the saved search- I think you should be able to accomplish this by doing a transaction saved search, then use "line system notes fields" in the search to find changes made to specific fields by specific people. Here is a screenshot of an example that you could use in your criteria:

09/04/2020, 7:03 PM@Chloë looks like that would work IF they used shipping line items. unfortunately that's not the case, instead shipping cost is housed in field on the Shipping tab (fieldid = shippingcost). I'm assuming its tied to the UPS integrated shipping module used. Thakns for the help though!
