Hello, anyone who has loaded a custom kpi (of expense nature) into the key performance indicators portlet and been able to show decreases as positive (green) change? Looks like it’s always handling decreases as negative (red) change unlike kpi scorecard wherein there is a ‘less is more’ option. Thanks

Could you flip the sign on your search that feeds the KPI?

Yeap.. tried that which did make it green but it also flipped the trend (looked like the expenses going up!) Might just use kpi scorecard as im out of luck with this key perf indicators
