Hey guys, I am trying to connect to the NetSuite database using DbVisualizer and when I'm configuring the connection, I keep getting the error "you have entered an invalid e-mail address, password, or context....". I believe that the credentials are correct because I have successfully connected with the same credentials on another database tool (DataGrip). Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Which data source you are connecting with - netsuite.com or netsuite2.com via ODBC? Ensure that the user has NetSuite Analytics Connector role with SuiteAnalytics Connect global permission assigned. Specifically for netsuite2.com; remove additional SuiteAnalytics Connect - Read All permission, if that exists.

@ManiK I’m using NetSuite.com and that worked seamlessly. I also had to find the file location for the driver’s jar file and load that into DbVis. That sorted my issue. Thanks.
