Hi, do you know how to create a saved search to show customers who purchased item A last year but not this year? My Item saved search is as follows, but it returns item receipt, quotes etc. Not much luck

last one needs changed from single to double

currently it should be retunring all transactions from the 2nd name

your 2nd case statement seems to disagree with your first.

You'll probably need to combine them into a single statement - and enter it in as a summary criteria
