Does anyone know how to show additional fields on the address tab in the customer record?

Not sure how that's related to saved searches or workbooks.... but to answer your question - are you just wanting a customer level field? Or an Address level field?

I have address field but can not get it to show under the address tab of the customer record. They have to click on edit button to see it.

Have you configured the field to be "show in list"?

That is the issue you can't check anything. The address tab under the form just says Address book.

On the field itself - there's a checkbox "show in list"

I created a new custom address entry form but under the customer record address tab it doesn't the field unless you click edit on the address

Just played around with it. This can't be done.
