this video create an ODBC within SQL server successfully. However when I try to fetch
Customers
data it shows error, but it works for Transactions or custom reocrd.
OLE DB provider "MSDASQL" for linked server "NETSUITE" returned message "[NetSuite][ODBC 64bit driver][OpenAccess SDK SQL Engine]Failed to retrieve data. Error ticket# kavbzgh1kzeggj2ujgqv[400]".

What’s your exact query? Does the role you’re logged in as have permission on customers?

My role is administrator,
SELECT * from [NETSUITE].[MY_COMPANY].[Administrator].[CUSTOMERS]

Maybe the result set is too big (too many rows or columns). What happens if you try a limited query like:
SELECT TOP 40 customer_id, full_name FROM customers
Oh, wait, I just realized that you are not using OpenQuery, which makes a big diffference. Without OpenQuery, the ODBC driver has to return the full table for every query, which can be very inefficient. Try something like this:
SELECT * FROM OPENQUERY(NETSUITE, 'SELECT TOP 40 customer_id, full_name FROM customers')

@scottvonduhn Appreciate!!! your answer is exactly the same of NS support!! You’re the expert!
