I have a saved search that is pulling in "Time to assign" on a case as response time, and we are needing that to only calculate based on "Business hours"... so if a case comes in on Friday at 9pm, we don't want the report to show 65 hours as response time... anyone come across that before or have any thoughts on a formula to fix it?
