A real nooby question I hope - working with Prophix consultant that we connected through JDBC, says he isn't able to see the internal ID of records in his queries. Is there a permission needed on the NS role for this, something needed to add to his query? I enabled the show internal ID preferences for the role/user. About the only insight I provide is Select * From {tablenamehere}

The name of the internal id field depends on the table. Usually it references the table name i.e. customer_id. It should be there but maybe it's not what he's expecting.
