We use the "Employee Record" permission to allow roles which can't access employee records the ability to run reports that include employees. It's a narrow view of employees. Unfortunately that doesn't provide access to custom fields on the employee record. Anyone know of options for exposing custom fields on the employee record for searching and workbooks?
