how can I add Project to the Columns drop down (in the bottom right side) in an Income Statement Report?

you need to click on Customize; on Filter subtab under Add Fields section expand Financial and find Projects; double click on it to add it to the Choose Filters section on the right; make sure Show i Filter Section is checked
