As long as you have a date or period filter - and that filter matches the scorecard type - then you should be able to add it if the search is public and returns only one result

Maybe try switching browser and see if it's because of a cache issue that you aren't seeing it?
Also - maybe try switching the output type and turn off show totals, though that shouldn't matter.

I appreciate all of those suggestions. and will attempt them all.
I am attempting to surface this on a customer dashboard. I suspect my issue is related to using a custom field for the customer that I want it to process as an entity record.

I missed flagging the customer a parent to the custom field. When I added this, it all cleared up. Appreciate the responses.
