@Shannan Brown i'm not familiar with rosters. if this is a csv import, you may want to just find and replace in Excel. netsuite has settings for foreign language/keymapping i'm sure, but it sounds like you have bad data coming in. making foreign characters not allowed would not clean up the data coming in.
