Hello all. I am running the Open Purchase Orders Report (NetSuite Standard Report) and would like to add "Preferred Vendor" as a column/filter. The preferred Vendor is giving me list that has nothing to do with vendors (just numbers) Is it possible to do this or no because Preferred Vendor is a sublist on the item?

What numbers do you get? If you open up the Filter criteria, and go to Item... field, you can choose Preferred Vendor from the dropdown. You may want to look at Analytics for more complicated joins such as this one. I tried it and seems to work for me.

Hi @Ankur Sanghi. I get a short list of numbers (anywhere between 3-6 digits in length). When I try using global search to find those numbers, no records show. Yes, that is how I added "Preferred Vendor" and that is the field that gives me the strange numbers. I have already reproduced the report using a saved search. Just wanted to see if I am missing something in terms of Report capabilities.
