Hi All. Can anyone explain this to me? I have setup a custom segment and as an Admin i can see it and use in Sales Order reports no problem at all. But on another role i cannot. I have checked all permissions but i cannot see where i am going wrong. Before I raise a NetSuite Support ticket i am hoping someone knows what i havent done on the role for them to be able to use on the columns on the report.

Have you checked the permissions that are set on the segment, or just on the role?

Mine are all set to default of Edit Edit.
