hi, i'm running a saved search on Message where I am trying to pull only the emails sent by my Collection Reps (a custom field in the employee record). How can I put this criteria in the saved search? I see that I can manually add all the collection Reps as Author in criteria, but its not dynamic. is it possible to dynamically add all the collection rep as author in the saved search?

when adding criteria, you should see Author Fields... as an option towards the bottom of the list. from here you should be able to select your custom field from the employee record.
