well, sure enough I stand corrected. Our lowest sandbox enviro is 2026.1. Sorry, I suppose I falsely reported that it's working :sweat_smile:

So what is everyone doing to leverage MCP? If you are on 2026.2, are you dead in the water?

at the moment, pretty much. We're getting that error on the original post and nothing seems to fix it

odd. my app <http://opensuitemcp.com|opensuitemcp.com> uses a very similar connection type (OAuth2.0 with dynamic client registration) and now I wonder if it will break on 2026.2

Core Admin (Checkbox) - uncheck and it works
