Hi Team, NetSuite Emails Going to Spam/Junk I have automated several emails from NetSuite to users within our company domain. These include daily task reminders and scheduled Saved Search emails. However, most of these emails are going to the users’ Spam/Junk folders instead of their Inbox. I have already tried marking the emails as “Not Spam”, but the issue continues and new emails are still being delivered to Junk/Spam. Has anyone experienced this issue with NetSuite automated emails? What could be the possible reason, and are there any NetSuite or email-domain settings (such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, or email authentication) that need to be configured to prevent NetSuite emails from being marked as spam? Any suggestions or recommended configuration would be appreciated.

Oracle’s NetSuite documentation recommends checking the Email Domains (DKIM) configuration and ensuring the sending domain is properly authenticated. SPF may also be required depending on your mail infrastructure, while DMARC alignment and your company’s spam policies can affect inbox placement. I can review the NetSuite email settings, DNS authentication, and mail headers to identify what’s causing the messages to land in Junk. @Nissam

Is this a fresh problem on a long-standing implementation or a fresh implementation problem? You've definitely got to set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC on roll out. I have noticed that some Saved Search emails end up in Junk if the user receives too many NetSuite emails in a short window too
