We're looking for a hands-on NetSuite finance professional – full-time remote Hi everyone, We’re looking for an experienced finance person who is genuinely strong in NetSuite OneWorld to step into a full-time remote role supporting our US subsidiary. This is an operating finance role rather than a NetSuite consulting/implementation position. The business covers the US and Canadian markets, so you’d primarily be working in USD and CAD. We need someone who is comfortable across both the transactional and higher-level side of finance, including: • GL, AP and AR • Bank and balance sheet reconciliations • Month-end close • Inventory and intercompany • Management reporting • Cashflow forecasting • Budgets and forecasts We’re a lean business, so this needs to be someone who is happy to get into the detail but can also step back, understand what the numbers are saying and add value. A big plus would be someone who is AI-savvy and interested in using AI/automation to streamline finance processes, reporting and workflows. The people side matters too. We have a small, long-standing team, so we’re looking for someone collaborative, approachable and easy to work with — not just technically strong. Fully remote. US-based preferred, although Australia could also work. We’re initially open to a contract/interim arrangement, but this could develop into the permanent role for the right person.
