and yes, it has to be a Saved Search. I am using the Restlet based API to extract data into a target application. This is helping me to extract Prior Years Retained Earnings and posting the value to an actual account, as opposed to calculating it in the target application. That let's me manipulate it using FX conversions that I wouldn't otherwise have the capacity to utilize if I leave it as a calculation.
