I think i've figured it out. If i get the errors in the formula columns (which i just did), i can open an item record, then refresh the search and it works (mostly...still doesn't total at the bottom). I will either have to not have the date field on the item be a formula, or look into the formula a bit more and see if I can rework it or something. Will most likely explore that, as well as other options you outlined above....thanks for the thoughts @George McMullen@rickthewilliams
