Hi all, does anyone have any strange issues with trying to say add items to orders, search for a customer etc and getting No Match (for things you know exist that have worked fine until today) I have had 2 customers report similar issues within the last few hours , customers are completely unrelated, just seems to be too much of a concidence.

Me too! Sporadically. Was able to fix each time by refreshing the page. Nice to know I'm not the only one 😅

I have been told sales quote is ok and can be converted to my knowledge seems to be ad hoc and sales order forms only

Yeah my issue was with sales orders only

Interesting if it starts working ok Let me know Angela i know of 3 accounts now (yours included) that is reporting this same issue but all sporadic/.

Last I saw was approx 1hr ago so it may be fixed. Will post back if it happens again.
