Good morning all, having an issues in Sandbox, Never seen this before m trying to give access to a user in Sandbox and the Password filed is prefilled, when checking the Manually assign or change password checkbox i can not edit the field. Cannot give the users access to sandbox at the moment. I added someone last week and had no issues. Anyone else having this issue

might be some cache issue, try deleting the record and clear cache and relogin to Netsuite and try again giving access

Misbehaving password manager maybe? If the caching thing doesn't work, maybe try disabling your pw autofill temporarily?

common issue with FireFox - work around check the manually assigned password box --> then clear the password box --> uncheck the box --> give access
