Have you tried relocking the period to see if that changes anything?

These are likely two separate configuration issues. The missing Void button is most commonly caused by Void Transactions Using Reversing Journals being enabled under Setup → Accounting → Accounting Preferences → General → General Ledger. When this preference is enabled, NetSuite does not allow invoices to be voided, so the Void button is removed. Disabling it restores direct voiding for invoices, but this is an account-wide accounting change and should be reviewed with Finance first.
