We currenlty use HubSpot as our CRM as it's been very helpful and easy to use for mass email blasts. We are going to end our hubspot contract as the price is just not worth how much we utilize that. Saying that does anyone have a recommendation for a mass email blast platform that integrates with netsuite or what others use? To my knowledge and expereince I know you can use NS saved searches and mail merges to send mass emails but I dont feel ike the creation of the email template and everything else is very user friendly in netsuite and don't have any expereince with setting that up. Also worried about the proper domain setup as well

Netsuite long ago bought a email marketing platform called Bronto which the retired in 2022 i think. Technically you can use NS to broadcast your marketing email (campaign email is part of the license) by turning on the marketing Automation- mail creation, tracking and managing this is horrendous in NS - YOU ARE right about it. Better off using a proper email marketing platform. I know some company does use Marketing automation in NS

HubSpot may be willing to negotiate with you as well. It is likely they have some save options.
