You are receiving this notification because your account uses, or may use, NetSuite user licenses that include NetSuite AI Units.

Beginning July 6, 2026, NetSuite AI Units will be included with eligible NetSuite user licenses at no additional cost. These AI Units will be provisioned across customer accounts through July 17, 2026.

NetSuite AI Units are the unit of consumption for NetSuite’s AI features. NetSuite AI Unit usage is calculated based on a customer’s use of AI features, which may vary depending on the specific feature, model, or provider. Usage is calculated after an AI task runs and is based on the actual AI processing required to complete that task. As your AI adoption expands and new use cases emerge or you use the AI Units included with your eligible NetSuite user licenses, you may purchase additional AI Units to support your growing business needs.

NetSuite AI Units provide a transparent and scalable way for measuring and managing AI consumption across the NetSuite platform, giving organizations visibility into AI use and a way to monitor adoption.

What’s Changing?

NetSuite AI Units are now included with eligible NetSuite licences at no additional cost. Eligible licenses include:

• NetSuite General Access Cloud Service User

• NetSuite Social Impact Cloud Service User

• NetSuite Social Impact Donation for SuiteSuccess: 3-user bundle

• NetSuite Sandbox Environment Cloud Service

• NetSuite Development Environment Cloud Service

With this change, customers will be able to:

• Understand AI consumption through a consistent usage framework.

• Monitor AI adoption across the organization.

• Align AI usage with business outcomes.

• Scale successful AI initiatives across teams while maintaining visibility and control.

Recommended Actions

NetSuite administrators and account owners should review and monitor their allocated AI Units once provisioned over the next few weeks. AI Units provisioned and used are visible at Setup > Company > View Billing Information. For more information, see the following NetSuite topics:
