What kind of AI engine or models does Ask Oracle (the main interface for NetSuite Next) use? Is it Claude or something proprietary to Oracle?

The interface client is built by NetSuite using the Ask Oracle interface (which, as you might have guessed, is a pattern also available in other Oracle products). Ask Oracle in NetSuite usually uses an OpenAI GPT

I'm assuming that Ask Oracle might be using Cohere Command A or a related model to power the new conversational interface in NetSuite Next.

Ah, no. OpenAI's services and models were a superior fit for Ask Oracle, so we used those instead. Cohere models are still used for other things, such as text enhance and prompt studio.
