Does NetSuite provide a way to check the levels of stock for a particular item and location for a specified date?

I would have thought this is do-able via a saved search?

I've had a look on an item search but can't figure out what filters I would use to specify a date?

From the Item I believe there's a join on to another record that handles the availability, can't think of what it's called off the top of my head though

Actually system notes possibly. Failing that you could try doing a system notes saved search rather than an item one

Inventory Valuation has always been the best bet.

yes use the inventory valuation report. I think it can be done via search but its a pain in the butt search to make
