So, I can't find anything related to qty pricing and multiple currencies, but i think you should be able to add a QTY pricing level criteria to a case statement in that suite answers article to display the appropriate price in a different currency/for a different price level. Depending on how many currencies/price levels/qty levels you have, you could have a pretty large amount of case statements.
