Are you using their new "Activations" feature to do this? Formerly Census?

Yes trying to sync a simple customer list but everything is timing out and failing

Huh that's odd. Do you have a huge number of customers in your source and/or a lot of scripts/workflows running on customers? When we had some trouble, we found it to be an issue with the NS API rather than Census/Fivetran. Hard to say what's going on without the error messaging.

Hey @Sharon Brown! Funny enough, I actually used to work at Fivetran, and lately I’ve been working with a lot of NetSuite users and automating data workflows. So yes, I have pretty extensive experience exporting data into NetSuite. I’ve done it through custom API scripts and through Fivetran’s Activations feature. I know they recently acquired Census and made it Activations, so I'm sure the are still working out the kinks on the integrations. When I used it, it worked great. If you want the exact errors you’re seeing and I can take a look to see if there’s a simple fix.
