Anyone else running into the copy tasks issue that keeps cropping up every few months? Just started today again. For at least the third time in a year. INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION: Permission Violation: The restrictions on your role deny you access to this record.

We've started encountering this same error but on web service calls to core records. Permissions haven't changed. Integration hasn't changed. Just error out of nowhere.

I wouldn't say luck but the problem did go away. We adjusted some error handling but otherwise no specific action to resolve the error.

Ours did. I troubleshot enough to confirm there had been no permission changes on the role or records being accessed. I also found an example where an invalid id value was causing this error in a sandbox environment so the error message can be a bit of a red herring.

its weird cause for us, its only happening for certain users. some other users using the same role, dont seem to have this issue.

i opened a case with netsuite and they filed a defect. apparently its a known netsuite issue

Could you share the defect number? We're encountering this issue randomly in production now on item fulfillments and receipts. We've opened a support case but maybe I can speed up escalation by connecting to the defect quicker.
