Is anyone else getting 500 errors on with product images being pulled in? https://shop.tommycarwash.com/Refurbished-Orange-Solid-with-No-Liner-Textured-Tommy-Ball Not sure if there's an issue with NetSuite or something we did (though we've made no recent changes)

The customer I mentioned today got the issue solved but now the images hosted within the CMS folder are having the issue 😕

is there a possibility that the fix for the issue wasn't applied to all SBX accounts? we have one wherein the images are still 'image not available' but PROD is okay
