What are the security risks of connecting Claude to NetSuite? Is anyone concerned about financial data being exposed using Claude?

Free/pro accounts you need to turn off any AI model training in settings. Teams + have this off by default. NetSuite looks like it’s going all in with Claude so I would say you’re going to need to trust NetSuite and Claude if it’s a tool you’re wanting to use.

You have to read the fine print. Even with turning off this setting, Claude via their website (ie MCP/ai connector) stores your prompts and data for 30 days. They say they don't train on it, but no one really knows. Alternatively, we go through their API and they can't store or train on anything for any period. However this requires developers to be saaavy to get this fully setup. But that's part of the security our customers get with cauzzy.ai (Suiteapp)
