@chri55tof There's not quite enough to go on here to know exactly what is wrong. If the errors are infrequent, it could just be that your are hitting periodic slowness or outages in NetSuite. If they are happening regularly, then there may be something suspect with the exact queries you are using to pull data. Are you running the retrieval during business hours, or at night? Also, are you retrieving a subset of columns, or every column in the list/records?
