@Lisa They just wouldn't open. We'd get a generic, "oops something went wrong". Also, when creating a new workbook, there is an error concerning loading data for pivots/charts (as seen in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/nb0zoz). This error is still occurring in production, but we are at least able to open the demo workbooks now.
