@David Durst I can't say how your particular organization will work, I can only say that performance of SuiteAnalytics Connect has been generally faster for us and offers more throughput than a comparable Saved Search or web service request, especially when retrieving very large datasets. My other advice is that you will be best off creating a replication database somewhere, and copying the data you need into it on a regular schedule with very simple select statements, then running more complex queries on the replicated data, unless you have a fast-changing dataset. Having said that, I regularly run queries with two or three joins through SuiteAnalytics Connect and the speed is surprisingly good. Your performance may vary, but for us the speed has been quite good. We do not use it for real-time queries though, mainly for reporting purposes, which is what it was designed for. Real-time requests for small amounts of data would be best implemented using SuiteTalk or a Restlet script instead.
