@Vtor, thanks - I will play around with that more, but the problem I run in to is if the item has no transactions it won't show up, which is why I'm writing the formula to say 'if trandate is this and trantype is this then amount else 0' - it will still show all items just zero for ones that have no sales. I've used this approach a few times, just never for prior week and for some reason i just can't find the right thing. But I might be making it too hard, I do that sometimes...
