@jpsawyer My answer is no, at least in my specific instance. I see a whole bunch of Bills that are in a status of Open with a Date Closed populated that have no payments applied. I would again question what is the ultimate goal of the analysis of the closed/closed_date fields. If it's just determining whether a vendor bill has been paid, I think the Status field is a better way to go.
