Hi All, I have two date/time fields on the Case record. The first field captures the Target Response Time.The other field captures the Support First Reply (NetSuite out of box metric) on the Case record. I am trying to a quick logic in a saved search to say. If Support First Reply is less than Target Response. Print: target met If Support First Reply is greater than Target Response. Print: Target breached Hope someone can help. I’m in a bit of a loop here at moment 🥴
