@alien4u yeah we did confirm this.. went over it with the netsuite rep about 8 times on screenshare. they called every 2 days and ask me to screenshare the same thing and seem really confused. it's not working the way they are saying and they keep saying the qa environment is unavailable for the past 3 weeks. oh well
