Has anyone ever had a problem with a large handful of their saved searches executing over and over again? Like so much that it maxes out the execution log? I had to turn off some searches that sent emails because these searches were inexplicably executing repeatedly, therefore sending the emails about 800 times to my poor users. The two netsuite reps i've talked to so far are telling me this is "intended" and that a search should execute every time a record of the same type is edited or created, REGARDLESS or not that it meets the criteria. doesn't make sense to me.. esp. since i don't ever remember seeing it do this before and my emails were never sending over and over before. it's happening across all sorts of search types: transaction, custom record, system notes, customers.. etc. edited to add, just in case someone asks: there aren't any scripts referencing these. no workflows. we went through everything.. it doesn't make sense.
