Anyone have tips on being able to pull the billing schedule data into Transaction Saved Search? i.e. Sales Order has Billing Schedule. I’d like to see the frequency associated with said line level billing schedule.

@shubs not as far as I know. Best option is to create a report showing the breakout. SuiteAnswers article 30197 walks through the steps. I've never found a way to do it in Saved Search or build a join. Perhaps the new analytics beta does a better job. I haven't checked....

The report functionality is not that great. I’m working on a saved search approach for it. Will share once I’m close to being done.

What information about the billing schedule are you trying to pull in?

Frequency, Recurrence count. I’m able to pull in the id of the billing schedule, but thats about it.

interested to see what you can come up with...we've started to use billing schedules, albeit sparingly, but would be good to have a plan in my head should I need to pull information on them.

We love Billing Schedules. There’s a dedicated saved search you can run on that report. Its just hard to do joins to that record.

Yeah, i was messing about earlier...Only think i can think of, if i needed to join that information to a transaction is to do some excel work outside of the 'suite.
