@bjensen does it at least throw the “unexpected error - click here” version of the error, or just plain “unexpected error”? If you have the click here version it’s super easy for support - they have you click that while you’re on the phone with them, and it gives them a link to the exact error log. Usually they can give a pretty quick answer from there
