I'm not sure, we don't have subscriptions on our customer records ( maybe because we don't use NetSuite's webstore functionality? ). Looking at the schema browser though, there is a {globalsubscriptionstatus} field and a Subscriptions sublist that contains

{lastmodifieddate}

(a datetime field),

{subscribed}

(a checkbox field), and

subscription

(a select field)
